Amazing drinkware that does exactly what it says it will do. Insulates both cold and hot beverages and leaves no ring on your table. This bigger size holds plenty for a meal.
I use mine for ice water and iced tea, and it definitely keeps drinks cold for a very long time. Despite what others may have experienced, I have not noticed even the slightest condensation. Used to be I'd get halfway done with a drink and the ice would be gone. Now, I finish a drink and the ice is only halfway melted. This particular 24oz tumbler might be a tad too large for those with very small hands, but the polycarbonate does seem to offer enough 'grip' to hang onto. (Aside: I also got the 17oz Tervis mug, and it's also great).
And even the styles are high quality. I have used Tervis tumblers for some time, 16 ounce ones, and recently added some 24 ounce ones. These are fantastic for camping because hot morning coffee can go straight in and you hand will not feel a thing. No chips, no cracks, no breaks.Additionally at various sites including the Tervis sites you can get a lot of different styles. They also designed them to be small on the bottom so they should fit into most cup holders. Or for keeping things cool as long as possible.
As long as you do not lose them, you will have them forever. If you are wondering if the price of these tumblers are worth it, they are, for the following reasons.Best cup by far I have ever had in keeping things cool or keeping things warm. They are actual cloth patches of say a university that are placed in between the inner and outer layers. So for keeping things hot or cold, virtually unbrekable, and cool looking these end up being worth every penny. And they for all intents and purposes are indestructible. I have dropped em numerous times, nothing happens. I perfer the 24 ouncer because I like a lot of liquid.
Best tumbler on the market by far.
$12 for a large tumbler may sound like a lot of money, but it's worth it. No rings on the furniture, ice doesn't melt for hours and hours and it's very sturdy. Also, they're made in the US, which means less worries about lead and such. Not much more to say.no complaints.
Lastly, the glasses we ordered in multi-colors actually came with many more blue ones; I thought there would be an equal number of each color. This became a non-issue after using the glasses for a bit.
Very good quality. We purchased this item along with their smaller companions.
The rims have a slight but discernable (with your lower lip) line of elevation change where the plastic was fused approximately one half inch down the ourside. Ice lasts considerably longer than uninsulated glassware.
There are only three issues to know about. second, that when full, these large glasses are not as stable as some other glasses due to their somewhat narrow base, although we have yet to have any spills.
Not an issue for us.
